The 1st International Training Meeting occurred from March 10 to 13, 2025, in Poznań, Poland.
During the International Training Meetings, all project members acquire insights into the methods employed by each partner.
The hosting institution was Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The initial meeting provided an opportunity for the practical introduction of two innovative methods: EDUball/BRAINball, developed by the Wrocław University of Health and Sport Sciences team, and mini-EDUball, presented by the Adam Mickiewicz University team.
This meeting offered an excellent opportunity for the project team to acquire knowledge, develop skills, and foster connections through the principles of movement-based learning. The atmosphere during the workshops was highly engaging and collaborative. Participants demonstrated remarkable creativity, generating innovative ideas throughout the event. The impressive outcomes highlighted an effective integration of learning, physical activity, and enjoyment.
