We are pleased to announce the initiation of the project “Learning by Moving! Innovative and Interdisciplinary Teaching Methods in Preschool and Primary Education,” co-funded by the European Union with an allocation of 400,000 EUR.
The project will last 30 months and conclude on February 28, 2027. It will take place in four countries: Poland, Greece, Italy, and Ukraine.
We have united the expertise of researchers from seven academic institutions to implement and advance evidence-based, innovative, and interdisciplinary strategies for engaging with children aged five to ten, with a particular emphasis on those with special educational needs and challenges in adaptation. The objective is to enhance the competencies of teachers and pre-service educators in employing innovative learning and teaching methods that combine learning with physical activity to improve students’ academic, motor, cognitive, emotional, and socio-moral development.
